Ettecon

ETTECON is a film Production company that put together a rock band specifically for a movie soundtrack, THE MINER’S SON {A rock n roll dream} to which the original soundtrack has been released on Evovinyl and CD, along with digital download versions, and 2 video singles to date. Juliette Short, the songwriter for most of the songs, transformed a mere dream into reality with “The Miner’s Son” film, originally a small passion project, but certainly had her creativity ignited by the influence of rock n roll, punk and metal. She joined forces with Kevin and the Ettecon band, a group of longtime friends spanning over four decades with a shared love for rock music. The collective vision for the songs was to evoke the big 80’s rock sound reminiscent of iconic bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, even early Bon Jovi. Kevin, who composed most of the songs drew from his early Punk Rock influences, infusing the tracks with a raw and pace that defines its essence.
