A Beautifully Delivered Single from Irene Miller Fyler

A new release from Irene Miller Fyler delivers a warm and flowing soundscape that breeds a beautiful honesty and has a way of growing musically as the track plays on but what really grabs you is that character delivered with the song.

"Coyote Cry" is wonderfully built and woven with heart and passion which you can feel through the music itself, but this track has a lush array of instrumentation that lets it touch on an Americana undertone with lap steel, electric guitar, piano, and vocals that come through in an almost soothing manner.

This is a very full-bodied track but it comes through in a subtle way and to me has a little bit of a cinematic backbone because these progressions and arrangement are emotionally driven, and this is the type of song that can make you feel something which is an aspect you don't always get when you hear a new song so when it comes along you get attached to it.

Some strings go along with the lap steel adding this wondrous atmosphere to the track and it's very easy to just get engulfed in this song and eventually washed away with it.

The way the vocals are performed are gorgeous and at times they're used almost like an instrument themselves floating through the ether of the song and adding extra layers to everything.

This track boasts a lot of heart and that is maybe the most important aspect of it all because you can tell this came from someplace real genuine.

To me, this track feels like it was probably cathartic for Irene to write and release but for the listener, it's very relatable.

The energy of the song is also something that has a way of wrapping itself around you and keeping you right where it wants to, and it almost feels like a life performance in certain ways like all the players involved are feeding off of each other and just creating this vibe.

When you listen to this song you actually picture this sort of vast landscape and at times the song can let you escape into a different place altogether which is something I adore about it.

I love a song like this simply because it pulls you away from your surroundings and lets you almost live a different life for a minute and this to me is like a gift musically that doesn't come along often.

Upon listening to this song, I had to check out some of her other releases and upon doing so, I found a track even more recently released called "Venus and Jupiter" which also boasts the same kind of staple feel and soundscape that sort of whisks you up in a way with a forward moving flow and this almost fantastical allure.

And that's just one of a handful of single releases dating back to 2014 that I found on her Spotify profile.

Listening to all the tracks was great because you get to hear the evolution of Irene as an artist and probably as a person as well.

If you like this track, I suggest doing just that because you won't be let down.

This showcases a wonderful songwriter who puts her heart and soul into her music and that has a certain effect on you as a listener so if you like music that makes you think and makes you feel then this is an artist you absolutely must check out.
