Mr. Roswell's Neighborhood

Mr. Roswell's Neighborhood - Evil Efficiency Consultant and creator of instrumental electronic music. MRN is the brainchild of the East Coast based artist Aaron Elliott. Most often associated with experimental electronic genres such as idm/edm while drawing on sounds and inspirations of multiple genres to generate it's own unique sound frequently characterized by heavy acoustic drums, glitched percussion, and "retro" analog style synths. The music is akin to a sonorous vortex similar to the initial impression of abstract art, merging the boundaries of contemporary and arcane with a mix of digital and analog sounds that can be fast and loud or sometimes dark and gritty. The music is undeniably catchy and danceable but defies conventions of genres that exist on the purely experimental or commercial spectrum, offering the listener a unique listening experience.
