Julz The Great is a singer, songwriter, and self-confessed jack-of-all-trades making garage punk with big hooks and zero polish where it counts. She writes, plays, and produces most of it herself — bass in hand, tongue slightly in cheek — landing somewhere between Paramore's melodic punch and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs' art-punk snarl. On stage she's all energy; on record she's all teeth.
