He is a former singer and lead-guitarist for “The Castaways”, “Conviction”, “Dwight Deville”, “Liquid Gypsy”, “Edmund F”, and “Back Alley Sally”. Before The Guy Smilee Group, Michael also worked with 3-time Grammy nominated producer Johnny Pierce of CedarHouse Productions during his solo career. Michael has a hit song titled, “Merry X-Mas (I’ll Have a Broke New Year)”, which made the College Music Journal’s Top 30 charts when it was initially released. What is The Guy Smilee Group all about?
