"David Gray meets Midnight Oil, Counting Crows meets Bruce Springsteen" Stephen Rudd is a singer/songwriter originally from UK, now relocated to Raleigh NC USA. I make music grounded in the Alternative genre, mixing introspective, singer-songwriter artistry with Americana, Indie Rock and Folk/Rock flavors. My new album "Postcards From America" was released 11/28/2025. An eclectic record containing music influenced by Americana, Folk-Rock and Indie Rock, an amalgam of musical genres that somehow sit comfortably together. This album was recorded over a period of 2 years, the results of collaborations with various online session musicians and the mixing talents of Emmy award winning audio engineer Tim Craven in Nashville, TN. No AI was used in the creation of my music.
