Janelle Irwin

A Voice Rooted in Heartland Soul From her earliest days in the quiet farming town of Haigler, Nebraska, Janelle's life has been steeped in music. Growing up in Southwest Nebraska, she was drawn to the sounds that filled her home and community—Country, Classic Rock, and R&B. Influenced by legendary artists like Elton John, Stevie Nicks, Linda Ronstadt, Pat Benatar, The Eagles, and The Doobie Brothers, Janelle developed a deep connection to melody and storytelling through song. She picked up her first guitar at just seven years old and never looked back. Over the years, she expanded her musical talents to include piano, clarinet, and drums, eventually playing in her school’s concert and marching bands. Her passion only deepened with time, fueling a lifelong pursuit of creative expression. In the spring of 2019, Janelle officially launched her professional music career, forming a band and diving into songwriting. In just a few years, she has become a recognized singer-songwriter in the Tri-Corners region, celebrated for her soulful voice and genre-spanning performances that resonate with listeners of all ages. She worked with acclaimed producer Adam Rey in Westminster, Colorado, and released her debut solo album on June 27, 2025—a heartfelt collection of original songs that reflect her journey, influences, and soul. The album is available through her website and all major streaming platforms. Get ready to experience a rich blend of sound and story that only Janelle can deliver.
