El Turu

Antonio “El Turu” (Madrid) grew up in the Vallecas neighborhood, in a family from Malaga where art, flamenco, and street life were a natural part of life. From this intersection came a warm and magnetic voice, capable of uniting roots and modernity, strength and tenderness. His music moves between singer-songwriter pop, Latin folk, and Spanish roots, with lyrics that breathe authenticity and a performance that moves listeners with its honesty. Co-founder of the musical improvisation company Al Tran Trán, with which he toured Europe and Latin America for more than fifteen years, El Turu developed a stage presence and a direct connection with the audience. In 2013, he released his first album, Turuta, produced by Víctor Guadiana, and since then he has built his own sound universe where emotion is at the center. In 2023, he resumed his solo career and redefined his sound: several songs went viral in Spain and Latin America, especially in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, and Colombia, bringing together a community of more than 35,000 followers. In 2025, he toured Uruguay with all dates sold out, consolidating his bond with Latin American audiences. With a stage presence that combines the power of flamenco, the sensitivity of singer-songwriter pop, and the emotion of Latin folk, El Turu offers concerts that are an intimate and powerful journey where words, melody, and stage presence merge into an unforgettable experience.
