Dwayna Litz is an American singer, songwriter, author and speaker with music currently published by Universal Music, Spirit Music and her own ASCAP publishing company, Litz Music. Spin Magazine called her an "Artist to Watch" in 2025 for her country/rock song, "Stayin' Gone." In January, 2026, she wrote and recorded "Everyone is Beautiful" with a video featuring starving children in Gaza, also with background shots of Lebanon, Iran and Israel, used in her activism against genocide during the Iran war. It spread all over the world for her first music video to go viral with over 1M views. Dwayna has a sound all her own, a mixture of genres with elements of country, rock, Jazz, pop, bluegrass, Gospel, and musical theater--all in one She proudly boasts of never using A.I. when she writes explaining, "It is a slap in my face as a songwriter who writes from her heart. I live as if it does not even exist. Either a song comes flowing out from my heart naturally (usually when I least expect it), or I don't write."
