I'm a retired U.S. Air Force officer and a retired federal civil servant. I've been a musician since elementary school and have performed with a number of bands in Virginia over the past 25 years, In my retirement, I continue to compose and record music, shoot photographs, fly (I'm a private pilot), write (I'm the published author of two books on aviation subjects and the contributor of photography to 19 others) and am an avid motorcyclist. I presently live in central Virginia in the suburbs southwest of Richmond.
