Cats Season

Born on the west side of Tehran’s underground, what started as a bad idea that went too far became a band with something real to say; fusing nu-metal structures, deathcore breakdowns, and electronic edge into their-own modern sound. In 2020, their studio was raided and destroyed by extremists, forcing the band to relocate to Istanbul. They rebuilt from the ground up and founded Cats House Media, their creative base in the heart of the city. Today, it hosts international artists and contributes to a new wave of metal production emerging from the region. Their 2024 EP “Revolution” , featuring “Grave of All Great Things” mastered by Will Putney (Knocked Loose, Thy Art Is Murder), pushed their name further onto the global stage; Leading them to the Top 5 spot at Wacken Metal Battle West Asia 2025, praised for their explosive sound and striking visual identity. The urge to redefine the norms and expanding creative aspects, makes everything about Cats Season, fresh and new. while everyone is repeating the same formulas, Cats Season is exporting their own ways. something that the metal music scene needs as the new blood inject into its veins.
