"Dancing with the Lightning” is a song I wrote on a day when I was just thinking about saying "screw it all" and just hop in the car and start driving down the Eastern Coastline. A few stops along the way just to dip my feet into the ocean maybe. Run through a storm or two while thinking about what it would be like to just dance in that storm. Daydreaming about good things but just driving without a care. Sounded like a great idea at the time, so I made it a song" - Brian Keefe
The musical journey of Brian Keefe began at the age of 11 when he started playing guitar. The instrument wasn't put down after that and Brian went on performing on a regular basis around Southwest Michigan and later, local Las Vegas. This was until February of 2021 when he contracted the first and the worst novel COVID virus. Spending 65 days in the hospital with COVID pneumonia can change a person, and for Brian, it took him some time to get himself together and eventually decided he wanted to begin recording original works.
With over 50 written songs to date, "Dancing With The Lightning" is an example
of where he is at with his sound right now.
