A Video Interview WIth Elisabeth Hoffman

The new release from Elisabeth Hoffman brings out an eclectic and lush array of soundscapes that range from vintage tones to ethereal flows and everything in between.

You can hear her love for vocal Harmony, and the record showcases an artist to is unafraid to evolve musically, take different directions, and bend genres.

There are no two songs alike on this release. It breeds a soundscape that holds a particular atmosphere and although songs are confluent, they are diverse and this is absolutely in an EP you should listen to all the way through so you can get the full spectrum of what it has to offer.

Aside from full-bodied and elegant vocal harmonies throughout its course, the record has a wonderfully attentive approach to songwriting and arrangement, with a thematic flow and a spirited and vibrant aesthetic.

The EP is called Great & Small, and as much as it brings different elements and approaches to the songwriting, it also displays Elisabeth's presence as an artist, and holds true to her natural pop sensibilities.

I think some would consider this to be a contemporary pop record. I can agree with that to an extent, but there is much more blended in.

You can hear that vibrant tonality in her performances.

After listening to this record, check out the video interview we conducted with the artist, as we talk about how it all came together, would inspired it, how it was created, and so much more.
