A STAR STUDDED LINE-UP, INCLUDING ANDY FAIRWEATHER LOW, OWEN POWELL AND KAYSHA LOUVAIN HAVE COME TOGETHER TO RELEASE A EURYTHMICS-ESQUE BELTER BY THE VANITIES.
The Vanities are a pop-duo/production stable from Cardiff who have previously worked with the likes of Tony Hadley(Spandau Ballet), Peter Cox (Go West) and local country legend Bob Fitzgerald. Kaysha Louvain is an award winning singer-songwriter from Newbridge who also helms the highly respected TIWN Media.
Together they collide on the new 80s-inspired pop behemoth The End of Love. And while it might be the end of love, listeners are sure to love the dizzying cocktail of Eurythmics, Depeche Mode and Shirley Bassey that the record serves up.
Produced at Shabbey Road Studios with Al Steele (The Korgis), the track features the screaming saxophone of local jazz wizard Jack McDougal. And as if that wasn’t enough, the track is also blessed with the exquisite guitar playing of Welsh rock royalty in the form of Owen Powell (Catatonia) and Welsh music icon Andy Fairweather Low.
The End of Love is out on 19/09/25 on all major platforms via PYST. Consideration for any and all radio-play and both Rhys Bradley (The Vanities) and Kaysha Louvain are available for interview.
