A.D.A.M. Music Project (AMP) is revolutionizing the music world by merging hard rock with gaming culture for an explosive and thrilling listen. The brainchild of visionary musician and producer Adam DeGraide, AMP was born from the belief that collaboration is key to creating exceptional music. DeGraide enlists a dynamic lineup of vocalists and instrumentalists, uniting artists from diverse backgrounds and musical styles. He describes the project as the “Kool & The Gang of hard rock.” The result is an electrifying and powerhouse sound that has landed the band millions of streams across platforms and a spot on Billboard’s Top 40 Mainstream Rock Chart. The spark for AMP came from the long-standing friendship and creative partnership between Adam DeGraide and Dameon Aranda from the acclaimed rock duo, Aranda. Years of creative collaboration have forged an unbreakable bond between these artists, who co-write and co-produce most of the music. Their infectious passion for music and creative storytelling fuels the project’s energy. Each song takes influence from the world of gaming and its culture, transforming iconic characters and compelling tales into electrifying, high-octane rock anthems. AMP features an extensive roster of talented musicians. The project showcases Adam DeGraide as both a key vocalist and the primary architect of the electronic elements, handling electric guitar, bass, synthesizer, and programming. Dameon Aranda leads with vocals and guitar, joined by Jay Gleason on guitar and Jeff Hall on drums. The vocal arrangements are elevated by additional performances from Lacy Saunders, Brandon Frazier, Hartleigh Buwick, and Pete Mitchell, creating a powerhouse ensemble. Since 2022, AMP has released six full-length albums, each project offering a cinematic and immersive journey through the emotional highs and lows of a gamer's reality. The songs explore perspectives from both gamers and the characters they play, capturing the grind for success, the rush of competition, the weight of pressure and self-doubt, the joy of victory, and the resilience that drives them to keep going. Adam DeGraide's personal journey as a top-ranked Apex Legends competitor inspired the band’s foundational albums Apex Rising Part 1 (2022), Apex Rising Part 2 (2023) and Apex Risen (2023). Later in 2023, the release of Smash It Up marked a new creative chapter, expanding their musical narratives to pay homage to gaming legends such as Donkey Kong, Bowser, God of War, Sonic the Hedgehog, with the track "Eating Ghosts" earning notable Spotify editorial recognition. 2024's World Takeover introduced breakout singles "Thunderbolt" and "All Hail The King," paving the way for their most ambitious project yet: the PUNCH OUT album. An epic celebration of video game heroes across multiple universes, the project features character-driven anthems like "Black Heart" (Diablo), "Two Worlds" (Sonic's Shadow), "Take Until They Break" (Team Rocket from Pokémon), "Killing Machine" (Apex Legend’s Pathfinder), and "Killer Bee" (Cammy from Street Fighter). The collection's crown jewel, "Punch Out," became the hit single and rallying cry that catapulted the band to success. The unapologetically thrilling track was built around the 1987 classic Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out!!. A fearless fight anthem, it’s equal parts nostalgia, adrenaline, and pure fun. Featuring thrashing guitar riffs, powerhouse vocals, thunderous drums and colliding rhythms, “Punch Out” propelled AMP onto the Billboard Top 40 Mainstream Rock chart, quickly cementing its status as a modern rock anthem. Currently, AMP’s sonic expansion continues with their recent single “They Are Here,” a thrilling, otherworldly track powered by legendary alien-themed video games like Half Life, Halo, Mass Effect, Alien Trilogy, Doom, and Space Invaders. The immersive, haunting soundscape is driven by Rock ’N’ Roll intensity, killer guitar solos, blistering screams, and ethereal synths. Lacy Saunders’ jaw-dropping, soaring vocals deliver an electrifying punch, making “They Are Here” another standout in AMP’s legacy. The band’s highly-anticipated upcoming single “Fame” delves into the turbulent rise and fall of streamers who soar to legendary heights, only to crash and burn under the weight of fame. The poignant and heavy rock infused track features Brandon Frazier on lead vocals, Adam DeGraide on guitars, bass, programming, and Jay Gleason who shreds on lead guitar. The song’s accompanying visual offers a powerful glimpse into lives of people who desire “fame” at all costs. The song shows the broken nature of our culture in the unending search for fame and significance. Beyond the studio, AMP recently signed with Satellite Touring, prepping to bring their high energy performances and immersive visuals to fans across the country in 2026. Their unforgettable live shows aim to bridge the gap between music and gaming, with stage designs inspired by retro arcades, boss battles, and the pulse of digital worlds. Beyond touring, AMP also leads Astonish Entertainment, an independent label that serves as a creative hub for artists, including No More Kings and Aranda. Astonish Entertainment notably helped bring No More King’s “Sweep the Leg” to life - a viral hit about The Karate Kid that played a pivotal role in inspiring the acclaimed series, Cobra Kai. Continuously evolving, AMP pushes creative boundaries to craft music that celebrates the worlds we play in, the stories we live for, and the power of sound to connect them all.
